1] Take more of Fluids and drink more water.

8] Avoid excessive ALCOHOL.
9] Dairy products also be taken.
10] Avoid Aspirin based drugs- consult your doctor for this.
11] Avoid Fasting.
12] Avoid diet rich in high purines like offal, game, sardines, shellfish, Pulses etc.
